What is Semaglutide?
How does it work?
Semaglutide works by mimicking a naturally occurring hormone. As those hormone levels rise, the molecules go to your brain, telling it you're full. It also slows digestion by increasing the time it takes for food to leave the body.

What are some side effects of the medication?We have extensive experience with weight loss medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, and have seen every negative side effect in the book. By increasing the dose very slowly for our patients, we reduce the chance of side effects and allow the body to adapt to the medication. In general, 70% of our patients don’t report side effects. The other 30%, most of them subside within a week or two at the same dosage. We’re also able to switch you to the oral dissolvable tablet, which is even more mild/fewer side effects.
